I made a previous similar posting. If you look closely, you can see that this joker is actually riding the same type of bike (and colour- just to remain in touch with my feminine side) as mine! It is not uncommon to see people with rediculous loads on their bikes/scooters. The problem is catching it on camera, but I'll try to post a few more similar pictures in the future. Sometimes you'll see a family of 5 on a bike, with bags.
